After reading so many of these blog entries by public figure Joe Viglione and pondering the psychological implications behind it all, we have to ask the following:

1) Joe, were you beaten by your parents when you were a child?
2) Were you sexually abused or otherwise molested by a relative or anyone else at any time in your life?
3) Are you a follower of the BDSM lifestyle?

DELUCA ALLEGEDLY ADMITS CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT WITH 40 CANAL STREET!

No, Joe, there's no confidentiality agreement with 40 Canal St. You misinterpreted why Arthur DeLuca isn't telling you about it. Since there is no confidentiality agreement involved with Tv3's ban on you; let me explian it to you in simpler words than may have been presented to you in the past.

You can't use TV3 Medford in any way, shape or form. You are not entitled to be a part of Tv3 or of anything about Tv3. You have no privileges whatsoever when it comes to Tv3 Medford. You have no rights whatsoever when it comes to Tv3 Medford. What all this boils down to in relevency here, is that you, public figure Joseph Viglione have no right to receive any information whatsoever from TV3; including public information that is easily available elsewhwere. No one from TV3 has to tell you about their past, present or future. No one from Tv3 has to answer any questions you ask at the City Council meetings. No one from Tv3 has to answer any questions you ask on your blogs. No one from Tv3 has to answer any questions you ask on the Medford Patch. No one from Tv3 has to answer any questions you ask on any yahoo groups. No one from Tv3 has to answer any questions you ask anywhere at any time. This is the degree to which you have been banned from TV3, Joe. And best of all, Joe:

If any candidate actually called you and told you they spoke to Arthur DeLuca and he told them these things; then the lying candidate is actually the one you spoke to. But more than likely no candidate gave you an account and you just lied to the public again, Joe. After all two courts of law have said in their official rendered decisions of lawsuits TV3 filed against you, that you, Joesph Viglione of 59 Garlfield Ave Medford Ma 02155, LIE.

So if some other political candidate did not make a fool out of you, Joe... then you made a fool out of yourself!

This one is almost beyond belief, people; that Joe Viglione would be so monumentally STUPID as to publicly publish this; but here it is, right from public figure Joe Viglione's own blog :

Joe, you had this placed on that committee's agenda and brought those documents to their committee yourself to be discussed and entered into their public record, just the way you do at Medford City Council Meetings. That's why it's there. Now you have the gaul to pass it off here like the town wanted to discuess this on their own. And you think your readers are stupid enough to believe you.

But you've given us a simply wonderful idea, Joe. We're going to compile a factual dossier on you of all the lies you've posted, all the court cases you've been involved in and lost, etc etc etc. We're going to give it to Tv3, along with a list of every City & town your show plays in (so nicely provided by you on one of your websites) and then they will take it to each of those cities & towns, have themselves placed on their Council agendas, and then they will discuss in great detail what these cities and towns need to be prepared for when they finally cross you and you begin your savage attacks on each of them.
