Wow! You certainly have been a busy little boy while we were away for our little weekend mini-vacation, weren't you, Joe? All these posts you made to your blog - must be 40 or 50 at least. And all those posts you've been making to the Medford Patch, Medfordmass, Medford Transcript, Medford Daily Mercury, e-mails to Medford City Council, Medford Police, Medford Body Louse Clinic and all those other very relevant, very important places that you simply must pester ad nauseum! You're accusing everybody of being everybody else and demanding everybody take down everything that they didn't write, post or otherwise utter. And oh, the things that are going to happen to Tv3, the things you are threatening to do to TV3. You sure think you are some kind of very important bigshot (can you say egomaniac? I knew that you could!), don't you, Joe?

Well here's the REAL deal, Joe... you aren't important; not at all; not in the least. It's SUMMER, Joe. Time for fun in the sun. Time for vacation. Time for anything and everything but you! We're going away for the Summer; paying the neighbors to keep an eye on our blog so it doesn't get hacked while we're away, and all those other things one does to rid themselves of all care & responsibilities while they go play all Summer long.

No, Joe, there's no confidentiality agreement with 40 Canal St. You misinterpreted why Arthur DeLuca isn't telling you about it. Since there is no confidentiality agreement involved with Tv3's ban on you; let me explian it to you in simpler words than may have been presented to you in the past.

You can't use TV3 Medford in any way, shape or form. You are not entitled to be a part of Tv3 or of anything about Tv3. You have no privileges whatsoever when it comes to Tv3 Medford. You have no rights whatsoever when it comes to Tv3 Medford. What all this boils down to in relevency here, is that you, public figure Joseph Viglione have no right to receive any information whatsoever from TV3; including public information that is easily available elsewhwere. No one from TV3 has to tell you about their past, present or future. No one from Tv3 has to answer any questions you ask at the City Council meetings. No one from Tv3 has to answer any questions you ask on your blogs. No one from Tv3 has to answer any questions you ask on the Medford Patch. No one from Tv3 has to answer any questions you ask on any yahoo groups. No one from Tv3 has to answer any questions you ask anywhere at any time. This is the degree to which you have been banned from TV3, Joe. And best of all, Joe:

That's why it's there. Now you have the gaul to pass it off here like the town wanted to discuess this on their own. And you think your readers are stupid enough to believe you.

But you've given us a simply wonderful idea, Joe. We're going to compile a factual dossier on you of all the lies you've posted, all the court cases you've been involved in and lost, etc etc etc. We're going to give it to Tv3, along with a list of every City & town your show plays in (so nicely provided by you on one of your websites) and then they will take it to each of those cities & towns, have themselves placed on their Council agendas, and then they will discuss in great detail what these cities and towns need to be prepared for when they finally cross you and you begin your savage attacks on each of them.

On public liar Joe Viglione's blog this morning he lyingly writes:

The tough questions were asked of the station that had to leave 40 Canal Street under a cloud of suspicion ten years ago. You can't get a straight answer out of the TV3 President, Frank Pilleri, who claimed the building was going to be "razed." It wasn't. It was just that ...suddenly ...a beautiful studio was no longer functioning and ...suddenly ...the city's property was on the curb being thrown out with the trash.

No tough questions Joe; not questions at all, really. Everyone (but you it seems - unless you're lying again - are you?) knows whathappened. Tv3 Comcast contract was up. The new contract hadn't yet been signed. Tv3 was committed to being aprt of the Medford Arts center building project. They could not acquire a place to stay of their own, therefor could not renew a term lease with the landlord. They had to pay month by month. It was winter; cold; hig fuel bills. The terms of the old contract switched from a lump sum annual payment to a monthly patyment. The landlord also doubled the rent. Tv3 remained their for awhile but the montly costs exceeded the monthly payments. Remaimng was draining their reserves. They had to leave before they went broke, and so they had to suspend studio operations. The landlord was emptying all his proprties (the warehouse units behind the studio building), making way for his planned highrise apartment complex. The studio building was going to be the "superintendent's" headquarters. While TV3 was working with the artists to create an Art Center, in between that time and the time the project went bust (freeing Tv3 to pursue acquiring their own space), the real estate business also went bust. The landlord abandoned his plans and re-rented the Canal St building. It was n longer available when Tv3 was free to look for a place. That wouldn''t have mattered much anyhow as all the equipment had to be removed, all the wires pulled out etc (and new tennents rebuilt the interior). Even if they could have re-rented the building (which they couldn't) the ciosts to put it back in shape would have made it no more attractive than any other place.

But you already know that Joe. You made these false allegations at the time of the performance evaluation hearing. Mark Rumley investigated, found the truth and easily determined MCC had not acted improperly. This was a;so public revealed at that time. You Know this yey you make these same lying accusations again. Tthat's because you, public liar Joe Viglione are an adjudged libeller and pretty much all you do is tell lie after lie after lie!

Two-faced Wincam employee public liar Joe Viglione lies again

On public figure Joe Viglione's blog this morning he repeats one of the lies he told at last night's City Council meeting. He writes:

The fellow wrote to Mr. Pilleri to get the tape on the air and Pilleri didn't send membership forms, failed to sign up the members of the band and the producer, did no outreach when outreach came directly to him.

If public figure (and public liar) Joe Viglione were to repeat the actual story, it would reveal that at the time he originally alleged this incident; Tv3 Medford was between studios at Canal St to 5 High st. (and between City Contracts) There was nothing to join, no terms had been set, Therefore no one could be a member & have anything played. At that time TV3 played archive inventory tapes of old shows that they had a co-copyright in and could legally cablecast. Mr Viglione would have you believe something nefarious was going on, but the only thing nefarious is Joe Viglione himself.

By the way Joe, last night was not a trial, it has no legal standing. It was just the City Council making a request of the mayor; the same request you have been making to the mayor for the past ten years. If it had been an actual trial, your "testimony" about that incident would have been inadmissable as heresay. When it came down to actual trials between you and MCC, at no time did you ever win any money from Tv3. At no time was any punishment given to Tv3. At no time did the court rescind your ban from Tv3. At no time did you leave the court with more than had when you came in to it. But TV3 did win money from you. Tv3 did get a judgement of libel commited by you against it. Tv3 did get a statement from the judge that you know nothing about business. Tv3 did get a statement from the judge that you know next to nothing about public access. Tv3 did get a statement from the judge that "no respectible segment of the community would ever believe you." This written document from the judge will stay with their publicly available records. This written document from the judge will stay with you for the rest of your life!

Mike McGlynn is a respectable person; he does not believe you. Mark Rumley is a respectable person; he does not believe you. Bob Maiocco is a respectable person; he does not believe you. Bob Penta believes you; he is NOT a respectable person. You, Joe Viglione believe you; you are not a respectable person. Well what do you know - the judge was right! It works! You, Joe Viglione are a public liar and that is on public record FOREVER!

As you've pointed out elsewhere, he's deathly afraid of getting sued - but you never did say sued by who - was it by TV3 or by YOU, Joe? So sorry your buddy xxxx Lubell couldn't show either. Working late, or building his own band of revolutionaries to coup you with? The remaining three of "the Great Eight" were never with you in the first place; they were just using you to get what they wanted. But they've found secure jobs elsewhere since then. Jobs paying way more than the franchise fee's budget here can pay them; so they'll be no help to you - they're too smart to get involved with you again. Clueless Wincam employee (soon to be Ex-employee?) public liar Joe Viglione still doesn't understand the PEG franchise fees

On public figure Joe Viglione's blog last night he wrote the following about the cable franchise fee:

As a follow up to my June 14 essay, Building an Access Television Station for the city of Medford, readers may want to know where the monies for Public, Educational and Governmental Access TV come from (P/E/G is the sort-of acronym, with slash marks in between.) It is the franchise fee on your cable TV bill and it is found on two separate lines on your bill if you have Comcast. The director of operations for Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. stated on May 21, 2013 to the City Council that it was a mere thirty five cents, and he stated this as if it were a fact. The fact is that the two fees on one recent bill were Sixty Eight cents for the "Franchise Related Cost" (almost double the small 35 cent figure given to the community by TV3) as well as an additional $3.97 for what is called the Franchise Fee under TV. So that's $4.65 total, and hold onto that number as we explore the cable subscriber base and do a little arithmetic.

If the cable company agrees to wire more classrooms for cable, if they agree to buy police cruisers for the city, If they agree to by a fire engine for the city if they agree to etc etc etc, in order to get a contract with The City to provide cable TV; all these things they charge back the combined cost of to the ratepayer as "franchise related costs".

And Tv3's station manager was talking about only the public access portion of the franchise fee in that City Council discussion; the portion that Bob Penta claims the ratepayers are entitled to a reimbursement for. That's 1/5th of the franchise fee. This fee is 5% of the cable only portion of the bill. It doen't include the telephone and internet portion. Many people (such as seniors on a fixed income) have the "limited basic" service, which is around $12-$13. One percent of $13 (which is TV3's 1/5th of the 5%) comes to only 13 cents for these subscribers. So taking 1/5th of the combined single franchise fee that goes to PEG comes a lot closer to the 35 cent figure given to the City Council than the inflated figure you are estimating, Joe.

I'm surprised you don't already know all this Joe, since you claim to be such a big expert on PEG what with all the years you put into it. Just goes to prove the judge in Woburn court was right on when he wrote that you know nothing about business and next to nothing about PEG.

WOW!!! Have you seen how public figure Joe Viglione has been running around crazy on his blogs, on the Medford Patch and probably on private e-mails trying to put on his best spin control as Arthur DeLuca from TV3 has been blowing holes in every one of his lies with documented facts! Joe Viglione just keeps throwing out more trash like:

Which, of course, Arthur DeLuca never said. Notice Joe Viglione doesn't state when this happened, which station it happend at and who Arthur said it to? That's because:
A) Arthur DeLuca never said that. and
B) If Joe stated that "information", anyone could just call the station, talk to the person and learn that Joe Viglione had lied yet again

Give it up Joe. Like Arthur DeLuca has posted to your lying article on the Medford Patch,

We won a libel lawsuit against you Joe. The Court decided that you do lie. Even in the Woburn suit we lost, the judge said what you wrote was untrue. He just didn't think it was defamatory because he didn't think anyone would believe, you so he decided Dawn wasn't defamed. Do you understand this, Joe? A judge has stated that he does not think anyone will believe your writings. Why the Patch allows someone a judge says will not be believed write stories for them is a mystery. You have Z-E-R-O credibility!

To which we add. these rulings are going to follow you for the rest of your life, Joe. What a thing to have on your job resume, that a judge has decreed that no one will believe you - oops let me quallify that by stating it the way the judge did. "upon taking your writings as a whole, no respectable segment of the community will believe them".

On public liar Joe Viglione's blog today he rants & rants & rants. He rants because Arthur DeLuca is countering every one of public figure Joe Viglione's lies on an "article" Joe has written on the Medford Patch. If you go read that article, you will see it is nothing more than a copy of one of his blog posts. Joe Viglione wrote it there in the hopes of getting new eyes to read it. he is failing! People are sick to death of hearing Joe Vigione's bullshit. Joe is slipping further into his delusions, hiding from reality as each of his lies are revealed like peeling layers off an artichoke. Joe just restates all his lies in an attempt to counter Arthur DeLuca's truthful tellings.

Joe, don't you realize that actual court documents that any citizen has the right to see fully expose your lies about what happened in court? This is how delusional you are, this is how mentally sick you are, that you will tell these things that can undeniably be proven to be lies. Yet you DO deny them. You are a sick man, Joe. A very mentally sick man. This is a conclusion that any reasonable person would make upon viewing your writings and seeing the actual truth behind what you write. These are not parodies you are writng, they are the desperate cries for help from a mentally sick individual. You need serious mental help Joe and you need it at once. Whatever treatments you may be going through, whatever medicines you mat be taking; they are not working Joe.

Look at all the harm your actions have caused to you, Joe. You are even on one airline's "No Fly" list because of your insane vendetta. Being a bully is not a good thing, Joe; it's not the way you should act. You are banned forever from TV3 Medford, Joe, and rightly so. No individual upon seeing and hearing the actual truth of the circumstances surrounding your ban sides with you. They see the truth that you deserve that ban. This is why no court, regulatory agency, law enforcement, government branch has made MCC revoke that ban. You fucked up over MCC, Joe. get over it. You can't play in their yard any more. Take your marbles and go play somewhere else. That's the way it is and that's the way it's going to stay.

What you do not realize is, that if you do manage to get MCC shut down, you will still lose everything. Their artciles of incorporation require MCC to sell off all their assets and donate the money to charity should when they dissolve. They will have to sell all the equipment, leaving no money & no equipment for the next entity to run public access. You think this new corporation you are forming can run TV3 without any money & without any equipment? Does your new corporation even have the money it takes to incorporate?

But that's really your ultimate goal, Joe - your endgame, isn't it? If you can't have TV3 for yourself then NO ONE can. That's what it's all about for you, Joe - isn't it? Just a vendetta; just sick revenge from a sick pathetic old individual who only knows how to destroy - not create.

Rather than focus on the corruption in City Government that Bob Penta made a priority as Councilor - he is, after all, the TV3 Councilor - the one who has gone after the station the most, Councilor Penta - I believe - made a blatant and calculated attack on the Transgender community (and a red herring of a discussion about Egypt) to distance himself - and his City Council which he has served on the longest - so that he can, and I'm paraphrasing the councilor "not go after TV 3 in an election year, because they'll" go after him.

AN INFORMANT HAS GIVEN US SOME JUICY INFORMATION THAT WILL SHOCK YOU. UNBELIEVABLE STUFF:

When the community hears what the tipster told me about Maiocco and Penta and what they are REALLY up to, you will all vomit. This is a promise. They will reveal their mischief at an upcoming Council meeting and - get this - it is SO BAD for the Community it makes TV3 look like an afterthought. IT IS THAT BAD!

And it could cost Penta the election. But he made his choice. (and it has NOTHING to do with TV3, nothing at all. It's WORSE!)

You see it now, people? Joe had been going on in prior posts that Bob Penta said he was afraid of what TV3 would do to him in an election year if he went after them. Joe paraphrases it again above. He then announces he has shocking information which he alleges is something bad that Bob Penta did. Then Joe says Penta going against him was a dumb move and that WHEN the public finds out, it WILL cost Penta the election and that Joe can't be bought; meaning (to my mind) that Bob Penta can't offer Joe Viglione anything to stop Joe from revealing this bad thing that Joe Viglione claims Bob Penta did.

Well it's three months later but no big revelation from Joe Viglione about Bob Penta and this bad thing. If you look at what Bob Penta has done for the past 4 City Council meetings and at the agenda item he has on for next Tuesday (is it just me, or does Bob Penta's resolution read like it was written by Joe Viglione - and isn't what Bob Penta has been stating these past 4 weeks about TV3 almost verbatim from Joe Viglione's blog postings of the week prior to each meeting?) you will see that Bob Penta has done a 180 degree turn on Tv3. Taking all this into consideration, a reasonable person would be led to only one conclusion; that Joe Viglione is using that terrible as-yet-unrevealed information on the bad thing Bob Penta did, to blackmail Bob Penta into going after Tv3 for him. AN INFORMANT HAS GIVEN US SOME JUICY INFORMATION THAT WILL SHOCK YOU. UNBELIEVABLE STUFF:

Mr. Maiocco has already proven to be an embarrassment in public, so the only reason for his nemesis, his "old friend Penta", to buddy up with Maiocco in the twilight years of their being on this council (in desperate need of new blood) says to those of us who study the council on a weekly basis that "something is rotten in Medford."

When the community hears what the tipster told me about Maiocco and Penta and what they are REALLY up to, you will all vomit. This is a promise. They will reveal their mischief at an upcoming Council meeting and - get this - it is SO BAD for the Community it makes TV3 look like an afterthought. IT IS THAT BAD!

And it could cost Penta the election. But he made his choice. (and it has NOTHING to do with TV3, nothing at all. It's WORSE!)

I'm not at liberty to reveal it but it is THAT BAD! And it is going to happen right under David Skerry's nose and Skerry's not even involved in this upcoming ugly episode of life in Medford! IT IS WORSE THAN ANY SCHEME DAVID SKERRY COULD IMAGINE! It is THAT BAD! (If this doesn't get Chief Sacco to turn on his friend McGlynn and get the police EVEN MORE pissed off at the Mayor, nothing will!)


Worse than the TV3 scandal...and these councilors think they'll get re-elected when they try to pull this stunt off! It's so bad it makes the Water Taxi debacle look like a Rubber Duckie movie. IT IS THAT BAD FOR THE CITY!

It's so bad David Skerry will be impressed with the lack of integrity the Councilors are soon going to display. In fact, it's so bad that David Skerry is going to say "My God, they crossed a line I wouldn't even THINK about touching." Yes, it's THAT BAD!

Here's a little hint. After I removed Uncle Gene McGillicuddy from MHA the Mayor must've gone ballistic and tried to figure out a way to drive a wedge between Penta and yours truly.

To go THIS FAR is stunning. I mean, I'm impressed that I have THAT MUCH power to make McGlynn go to THIS extreme!

And B.P., throwing me under the bus isn't the smartest of moves. Shame on you. When the public finds out it WILL cost you the election, and that one you can't blame on me. That's your choice that truly has nothing to do with me. I can't be bought but, obviously, that might not exactly be true for well-paid councilors. Hope the informant is wrong, but your new allegiance to Dello Russo, Camuso & Maiocco says otherwise.
