Wincam employee Public Liar Joe Viglione admits he doesn't know how to run a Public Access station

On public figure Joe Viglione's blog today, he writes in part:

See? Joe Viglione is admitting he doesn't know how to make the playback at a publuc access station work. Let me help you Joe, here's lesson number one.

Public Access CABLE does not broadcast, it cablecasts!

This is why it is not subject to FCC regualtions - the FCC regulates the airwaves and cable TV does not use the airwaves. Sheesh! No wonder you couldn't get a job as station manager of a PEG channel; you actually do not know the FIRST THING about PEG and cable TV - that it cablecasts instead of broadcasts.
