On or about May 28, 2013 Ronald Delucia deceptively told the City Council the auditors found nothing wrong. This is a huge deception. The auditors weren't given the information and CLEARLY STATED THEY COULD MAKE NO OPINION.Hey Joe... if the auditors couldn't make an opinion then they didn't state they found something wrong! Finding "something wrong" would be an opinion on the auditors part. Since they didn't render an opinion then they didn't say they found something wrong, which is what Ron DeLucia stated.
Gee Joe, you still can't understand the English langauge. Rather odd behavior for an alleged , isn't it?
