As a "third party beneficiary" to the contract, I find it appalling that City Hall Medford is not being forthright with the P/E/G Channel which received $208,355.53 from May 1, 2012 to January 13, 2013.

Dear Mr Viglione, we will now give you a clue so that you'll no longer be clueless. And to make it easier on you, please take a copy of the Verizon Contract, which we know you have from filing your Public Records Requests, as it's much shorter than the Comcast Contract and so will take less effort on your part to read; that shouldn't tire you out too much.

Now read that contract very carefully. Start at the back page and move to the front, as what you need to be aware of is at the end of the contract. Keep reading.. just a bit more... there!... you see it? In the plainest most simple of wording it very clearly states that

"There are no third party beneficiaries to this contract"

I like to think of this clause as the SCREW YOU, JOE clause. You can't sue the City over the contract Joe, as either an individual or with a Class Action. But do go ahead and try... it is SOOooo much fun to watch you make a complete and utter fool of yourself to everyone in Medford, Joe!
