Joe Viglione threatens to attack Frank Pilleri with a knife

This one is really disturbing, ladies & gentlemen. Public figure Joe Viglione actually made a threat of physical violence against another human being; although Joe would probably debate the fact his intended victim is human. This morning on Joe Viglione's blog he wrote:

Mr. Pilleri, the scalpel is out, it is being sharpened, and Mr. Pilleri's testicles are on the chopping block for his multitude of crimes against the citizens of Medford.

If any of you dispute or doubt the legitimacy of this, what we believe to be a very credible threat, we ask you the following... if Joe Viglione had said the same thing to you, would you take it as a real and credible threat?
