Wincam employee Public Liar Joe Viglione admits he's an escaped mental patient?

You be the judge of this one people. On public figure Joe Viglione's blog this morning he writes:

Heck, I first met Johnny Granara in the Oak Grove Cemetery...and escaped. I just might not be that lucky next time around.

And he very often writes that his blog is certified delusional. Putting these two pieces of writing that Joe Viglione puts out there for us to allegedly believe, one very plausible, though not necessarily true (remember, he is an adjudged libeller) actuality is that public figure Joe Viglione is also Joe Viglione, escaped mental patient.

Perhaps this also explains the observation of City Council president Bob Maiocco when he declared, while addressing Joe Viglione on live television during a City Council meeting, "You're pathetic"
