Wincam employee public liar Joe Viglione demonstrates once again what a fool he is

On public figure Joe Viglione's blog this evening he writes what he alleges is a copy of a letter sent to Medford City Clerk Ed Finn. This in and of itself proves Joe Viglione has, as the judge in Woburn stated on his lawsuit ruling, almost no understanding of how public access works. The City clerk position has absolutely nothing to do with Public Access. But let's look at what Joe Viglione wrote anyway, just for fun:
In fact, even though TV3 was shut down on April Fool's day, they just stopped creating any programming after on or about December 17, 2012 with the ludicrous and false allegation that mold prevented them from working. They have portable equipment and many computers outside of TV3 have Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro. They certainly could have done as other cities and towns have done, but their intent was not to provide access, based on information and belief that I stated at the city council, their intent was allegedly to let the corporation collapse. It is now collapsing.

First off, anyone with even a minimal understanding of public access knows that the public access staff/corporation are not responsible for the programs on the channel. It is not their duty to make the programs. That is for the members to do and even they are not under any obligation whatsoever to cover City events or anything else. The members make programs only if and when they feel like it and only about what they feel like making. Any member of a public access station, except for a complete idiot knows this!

Secondly the allegation of mold is not false. MCC has documented test results proving the existence of mold. Joe Viglione is once again wrong in stating no mold existed. Bob Penta is once again wrong (two peas in a pod, Joe & Bob) in stating that he has test results from the Medford Board of Health stating this. The Medford Board of Health did no tesing for mold. They did no testing for anything. Their only concern was the flooding. They visited 5 High St more than a month after the flood occurred to declare they did not see flood waters at that time. They also looked and said they did not see mold, but did not test for mold, nor were they qualified to inspect for mold. They did not know what to look for. They did not recognize the mold when they saw it.

Thirdly since the portable equipment was inside TV3, no one was going to go in there to take it out & use it. Anyone going in there and then giving the portable equipment to a member to use would have been palcing themself in legal jeopardy, as they could have been exposing the member to mold. On second thought, maybe the staff should have passed that moldy equipment on... to Joe Viglione; then after Joe Viglione got sick and died, Medford would have been a better place to live. A missed opportunity to be sure. Oh well, no use crying over spilt milk (or confined mold).

Fourthly, even if programs had been produced outside of TV3 Medford, totally with independent equipment (which is what Joe Viglione is not-so-subtley suggesting, that MCC should have taken and played Joe's Visual Radio show with all its personal advertising by his guests), no employee was going to risk going in to TV3 to add the outside programs to the playback system, which was in their 5 High St studio - remember, Joe?

So everything public figure Joe Viglione wrote about above shows not only his lack of knowledge about how public access works (as the judge said of him), shows not only his lack of knowledge of how business in general works (as the same judge said of him), but also shows his lack of the ability to reason properly and come to a correct conclusion. In short, public figure Joe Viglione's writings are of such poor quality that no respectable segment of the community would believe him, which was the judge's written conclusion (so if you believe what public figure Joe Viglione says, then you are not a respectable person according to what this judge has said) in the lawsuit that Dawn Natalia did not win against Joe Viglione. This is the big win against TV3 Medford that Joe Viglione brags about. Joe Viglione is announcing to one & all that he is basicly too stupid to sue for libel, slander or defamation of character because he is too ridiculous to be believed. This is why we refer to public figure Joe Viglione as public liar Joe Viglione; that and the fact that both Frank Pilleri and MCC won lawsuits against Joe Viglione for defamation made by Joe in public, making Joe Viglione a public liar.

how's it feel to be too foolish to be believed, Joe?
How do manage to be so foolish and still keep your job at Wincam Joe?
Aren't you defrauding all the franchise fee payers in Winchester by being so unqualified to hold down that job?
