The Police haven't pressed charges yet on Arthur Alan Deluca.
But that doesn't mean I won't hire one of 5 attorneys I've been speaking to and move forward against the perpetually reckless serial stalker that claims to be a member of the board of directors of Medford Community Cablevision.
Hey Joe... you tried taking Arthur DeLuca to court before, remember? The magistrate dismissed the criminal complaint, which would not have cost you to prosecute. She said there was no basis to move it forward. So now you're going to sue Arthur DeLuca? That'll cost you money to persue, Joe. What's the basis for this lawsuit?
