Wincam employee public liar Joe Viglione's own blog entries provide the proof that he lies

On public figure Joe Viglione's blog last night he quoted the following headline from the Medford Transcript (did he get their legal permission to reprint it on his blog?):

Hey Joe... you just proved that TV3 Medford's books have been okay for the past five and a half years!

You really are The Village Idiot, aren't you? How do you manage to keep your job at Wincam? Aren't you defrauding the City of Winchester by being so unqualified and still be employed by them? Shouldn't they sue you to reclaim the wages they paid you and any employeed benefits, such as their matching FICA, medicare, unemployment insurance etc costs?
