On public figure Joe Viglione's blog Sunday night he wrote:

9)A NINTH Government Agency (which can really whack TV3 hard) had a complaint in 2009 or so on TV3.

Uhmm, Joe... if they've had the complaint since 2009 and haven't done anything about it, that's because they already investigated the complaint and found there is no action to be taken, because you LIED to them when you filed the complaint!

It ALL went away, Joe when MCC and Frank Pilleri successfully sued you for libel and won (which is what "successfully sued" means, in case you're having trouble understanding this stuff). You were determined to be a public liar at that point. That's when the City of Medford knew that the "charges" against Tv3 were false bullshit. That's when the Attorney General's office knew the "charges" against TV3 were false bullshit. That's when the police knew the "charges" against TV3 were false bullshit.

That's when everyone knew that You, Joe Viglione are FALSE BULLSHIT
