Wincam employee public liar Joe Viglione lies about Stoneham/Woburn studios

On public figure Joe Viglione's blog today he wrote:
Pilleri makes up fake timeframes saying he can't possibly get a station up without a year or two. What a fraud.

1)Stoneham was operating via mobile computers and cameras while the studio was being built

2)most studios find a way to rally the troops
Joe Viglione's lie here falls under the heading of a "sin of omission". Under Warner Cable, then Time/Warner, then etc etc etc & finally Comcast; Stoneham & Woburn shared the same studio, located in Stoneham (by the way, under Comcast, Joe Viglione was BANNED from using it, just like he is Banned in Medford) and run by the cable company. Comcast inherited this contractual arrangement from the prior cable company. When the contracts with Stoneham & Woburn expired under Comcast's watch, they renewed without the contractual obligation to run PEG. Stoneham & Woburn were now on their own to have PEG run by someone other than the cable company. Stoneham kept the studio, since it was located in their city. So while they were remodeling, they still had the old studio to run public access with. Woburn did NOT have the old studio to run public (or any other kind of) access with. It took Woburn a whole year to get that studio built. During that year, there was absolutely NOTHING on the Public Access channel spot on the Comcast channel lineup - not even a bulletin board message. During that entire year, the residents continued to be charged (and continued to pay) a franchise fee. They were not reimbursed for any of that fee even though there was no Public Access.

Notice how this situation parallels Medford. Medford is doing nearly exactly what Woburn did. but with Medford, you at least have a bulletin board message on Medford's Comcast Peg channel. So Joe, Medford is ahead of Woburn here (your old home town). This is how it goes when you don't have a studio while building out a new one.

P.S. - Joe, you are a PUTZ!
