Wincam employee public liar Joe Viglione caught looting City Hall?

Well that's one theory a former candidate for Medford City Council (who also once pulled papers for Mayor), a knowledgable and credible source, has offered as an explaination to what public figure Joe Viglione posted to his blog today. The passage which is the cause of this speculation is:

Now the perpetual persecution complex author of the blog (that's Joe Viglione folks, in case you didn't know) is putting himself in the starring role of "victim" in the above blog quote. So we have Joe Viglione, at night, in the dark (this information taken from the rest of the paragraph the quote is pulled from) in the City Hall parking lot just "minding his own business" by putting expensive video equipment and a computer in his car and then speeding off through the parking lot with that expensive equipment in his car. Sounds rather like a Smash & Grab operation to me. Where did that equipment come from Joe? Did you "liberate" it from City Hall? And further on in the quote you complain that someone tooted their horn at you. Sounds to me like they witnessed your theft and honked to tell you to stop! You yourself lend much credibility to this theory when you state that you sped off through the parking lot when you got tooted at. Again, sounds like a "Smash & Grab" operation where, upon having been discoverd in the middle of the robbery, you quickly fled the scene of the crime before they could get a good look at you and write down your license plate number.

This is how the source laid it out to me and I cannot find so much as one shred of evidence that this theory is incorrect! I do believe it to be very credible. There's just one thing that puzzles me, Joe... you were tryng to get away before you were identified, so why be so monumentally STUPID as to tell everyone about it right here on your blog? That's really dumb! You must secretly want to get caught!
